At Pala Mesa in sunny Mesa, AZ, your furry friends find their new home too! With no weight limits and space for up to two pets per unit, our community is perfect for families who love to bring their pets along. Enjoy nearby parks and pet-friendly amenities!
Cats & dogs are welcome (no weight limit). Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Non‑refundable pet fee: $200 per pet. Refundable pet deposit: $200 per pet.
Breed Restrictions
Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull and mixes, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Akita). Certified service dogs allowed; reasonable accommodations considered case-by-case. Max 2 pets per unit; some small pets (hamsters, birds, turtles, fish, reptiles) allowed without fees, with restrictions (e.g., max two birds, 20-gal tank for fish).
